Technology has never come with pros and no cons. But let’s not blame technology, everything comes with its pros and cons. Let us, for a change discuss the hiring of human resource managers and human resource staff. The scenario is that as a graduate who has specialized in human resources, being on the lookout for job. The entire picture has changed drastically. By that, it is meant how the picture was several years ago and how it is today. A few years ago with no Recruitment Software present in the picture, there were evidently no or very less redundancies present. With the automation of recruitment, hiring, talent acquisition, resume parsing, it is seen and thoroughly observed that a lot of the jobs available are no less than for a single person.

It is good news in terms of the great output achieved with powerful results such as employee retention and achieving miracles when it comes to employee growth and focus. It enables you to leave work on time as opposed to manual labor and meeting deadlines. Automated emails can be generated in response to any query regarding the applicant’s status. 

This is achieved by an Applicant Tracking System that, as the name suggests keeps a track of the progress of the applicant’s status and health throughout the whole process. There is obviously a huge applicant satisfaction that is resulted as an outcome of this. This only shows the importance of an effective HR as well as effective technology that addresses all the needs of both the parties involved. The parties involved being the company and the applicant. Technology and HR indeed make a great pair!
